We provide corporate secretarial services including, but not limited to, company formation, regulatory filings, corporate record maintenance, and related advisory services. Service specifics will be outlined in a separate engagement agreement.

You agree to use this website lawfully and not misuse the content or functionality provided. Unauthorised use or scraping of information is prohibited. While we strive for accuracy, the content on this website is for general information only and should not be considered legal advice.

5. Fees & Payment

Fees for our services will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before commencement. All payments are due as stated on our invoices.

All materials (templates, reports, website content) remain our property unless stated otherwise.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from your use of our website or services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
